Zusammenfassung: | A method for evaluating the performance of sedimentation facilities is provided. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for evaluating the performance of sedimentation facilities comprises the steps of: modeling sedimentation facilities; performing a first CFD analysis using the driving conditions of the sedimentation facilities as simulation conditions; comparing the simulated performance of the sedimentation facilities followed by execution of the first CFD analysis with the actual performance of the sedimentation facilities; verifying the modeling of the sedimentation facilities based on the comparison results of the simulated performance and the actual performance; selecting improved conditions improving the driving conditions when the modeling verification results of the sedimentation facilities satisfy predetermined verification conditions; performing a second CFD analysis based on the improved conditions; and determining whether the improved performance of the sedimentation facilities followed by execution of the second CFD analysis achieves the target performance of the sedimentation facilities.
