Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a method for analyzing acidic herbicides comprising: a step of quantifying analysis objects by using isotope materials in which the elements of the analysis objects are substituted with isotopes as internal standard materials; a step of performing halogen alkylation on the analysis objects and isotope materials; and a step of analyzing the halogen-alkylated analysis objects and isotope materials by injecting the halogen-alkylated analysis objects and isotope materials into a gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrograph. The present invention exhibits excellent precision and accuracy by quantification through an isotope dilution method, enables the analysis of the minimum quantity of acidic herbicides by increasing detection sensitivity through the halogen alkylation step and is able to be applied to various samples by performing quantitative analysis with a tandem mass spectrograph and reducing the disturbance of foundation samples due to medium effects.
