Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a polymer electrolyte membrane containing ionic liquid with a sulfonic acid group, and a production method of the same. The polymer electrolyte membrane of the present invention has high hydrogen ion conductivity and excellent matter properties in every condition including high temperature, low temperature, high humidity, and low humidity conditions by applying the ionic liquid with the sulfonic acid group to a polymer. The polymer electrolyte membrane has the excellent matter properties by the physical cross linkage of the ionic liquid and the sulfonic acid group, and has high hydrogen ion conductivity by making the ionic liquid and the sulfonic acid group complementarily transfer hydrogen ions.
