Zusammenfassung: | According to one aspect of the present invention, a tungsten carbide material system is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the tungsten carbide material system has desirable characteristics of: chemical inactiveness; high hardness; low sensitivity for small changes in composition; and enhanced workability. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the tungsten carbide material includes 5.85-6.13 wt% of carbon, 0.85-1.05 wt% of chromium, less than 0.3 wt% of a binding agent, less than 0.3 wt% of impurities, and the remainder of tungsten.
