Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a nozzle assembly for a dish washer, capable of spraying washing water evenly into a washing vessel and a dish washer having the same. The dish washer according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a sump for pumping washing water; a supply pipe for receiving the washing water from the sump; and a nozzle assembly connected to the supply pipe. The nozzle assembly comprises a lower rotor arm connected to the supply pipe; an upper rotor arm accommodated in the lower rotor arm to be able to rotate, and having the top and bottom eccentric rotational centers; and a nozzle connected to the upper rotor arm to be able to rotate.
