Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a light emitting diode array having a first LED and a second LED, wherein the first LED comprises: a first region; a second region; a first interception path located between the first region and the second region, and including an electrode insulating layer; and an electrode connection layer covering the first region. The second LED includes: a semiconductor lamination; a second electrical bonding pad located on the semiconductor lamination; and a second interception path located between the first LED and the second LED, and having an electrical connection structure for electrically connecting the first LED and the second LED.
