Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a rehabilitation treatment device which includes a pair of footstools mounted in a housing and a vertical movement member which provides the vertical driving force of the footstools, wherein one end of the footstools pivotally hinged to the housing, thereby allowing a patient to easily exercise his or her ankle joint, pelvis, and legs while sitting on a wheelchair. Moreover, the rehabilitation treatment device can improve rehabilitation treatment efficiency by controlling exercise time, exercise angles, exercise speeds, and exercise amount according to the condition of a patient.
