SYSTEM AND METHOD OF MONITORING THE FAILURE ON INTERNET-BANKING USING AUTOMATIC LOG-IN PROCESS

The present invention relates to a system and method for monitoring a failure by automatically logging in internet banking and, more specifically, to a system and method for monitoring which detect an internet banking failure by automatically performing internet banking tasks such as a login process, balance check, etc. using a computer which is connected to an internet network and is used by a customer, and can immediately notify a manager of a failure if a failure occurs. According to the present invention, an internet failure which cannot be identified by a general monitoring device can be immediately identified, and a manager can be notified of the failure by automatically performing an internet banking procedure in the same environment as the environment used by a customer.
