Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a mat for roasting meat, wherein the mat comprises: an upper plate (10) for absorbing oil; and a lower plate (20) preventing the penetration of the oil absorbed in the upper plate (10), wherein the lower plate (20) is integrally formed at the lower side of the upper plate (10). The mat for roasting meat can be hygienically used because the upper plate (10) and the lower plate (20) are made of mutually different materials so that the oil can be absorbed in the upper plate (10) and cannot penetrate the lower plate (20) after being absorbed in the upper plate (10), and the mat for roasting meat can be conveniently stored and carried by being easily folded because the upper plate (10) and the lower plate have concave grooves (30) for storing the mat for roasting meat. In addition, the mat for roasting meat can be safely used because the lower plate (20) has embossed parts (21) formed on the lower side thereof to prevent slippage, and can be conveniently used without the inconvenience of separately preparing a windbreak or an apron because the mat for roasting meat has a windbreak (40) and an apron (50).
