Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides an anti-fouling fabric manufactured by using anti-fouling yarns manufactured through: a dipping process for dipping yarns in a composition containing 1.5-5% o.w.s of a fluorine resin-based anti-fouling agent (20-30 wt% of solid content) and 0.3-0.5% o.w.s of an isocyanate-based crosslinking agent via a distributed process with water and a dispersing agent; a winding process for winding the dipped yarns; a dehydration process for dehydrating the wound yarns; a drying process for drying the dehydrated yarns; and a heat treatment process for heat treating the dried yarns. A fabric having a partial anti-fouling function is manufactured by partially using the anti-fouling yarns.
