Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a method for forming multiple micro grooves on a surface of a metal member and a method for manufacturing a metal-plastic assembly by using the same where a metal member and a plastic member are securely combined and integrated. The disclosed method for forming multiple micro grooves on a surface of a metal member comprises: a degreasing step for removing oil by applying a degreasing liquid on the surface of a metal member; an acid etching step for forming multiple micro grooves having the diameter of 5-50 μm by applying acid etchant including hydrochloric acid (HCl) and nitric acid (HNO3) on the surface of a metal member passing through the degreasing step; and a neutralizing step for neutralizing the surface of a metal member by applying a neutralization liquid including nitric acid (HNO3) on the surface of a metal member passing through the acid etching step.
