Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a system and a method for managing a liquid fertilizer of livestock excretions, including: a sequencing batch reactor (100) which generates a liquid fertilizer by separating livestock excretions generated from the livestock of a livestock production facility into excrementitious liquid and solids and precipitating the excrementitious liquid and solids, and generates liquid fertilizer information by sensing oxidation reduction potential, a hydrogen ion exponent and dissolved oxygen; a liquid fertilizer transportation apparatus (200) which takes out the liquid fertilizer generated by the sequencing batch reactor to an agriculture farmhouse, and generates liquid fertilizer take-out amount data for the liquid fertilizer collected in a liquid fertilizer loading vessel through sensing of a take-out sensor; and a control server (300) for monitoring a liquid fertilizer generation process and a distribution process in real-time by gathering the liquid fertilizer information received from the sequencing batch reactor and the liquid fertilizer take-out amount data received from the liquid fertilizer transportation apparatus. According to the present invention, the system enables a remote management server to monitor chemical change in wastewater treatment during the liquid fertilizer production process in real-time, by installing an oxidation reduction potential sensor, a hydrogen ion exponent (pH) sensor, and a dissolved oxygen (DO) sensor in an aerobic liquid fertilizer facility installed in a livestock waste water public disposal plant. The system promotes uniform liquid fertilizer production of a liquid fertilizer producer and a liquid fertilizer consumer (agriculture farmhouse) and manages the distribution process of the liquid livestock excretions systematically by monitoring the transportation process of the produced liquid fertilizer in real-time.
