Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for preprocessing and enriching a sample by no drop microextraction in capillary electrophoresis, and more particularly, to a capillary electrophoresis using a headspace and no-drop microextraction (HS-NDME) to extract a sample just with a liquid of the surface exposed to an end portion of a capillary tube. The capillary electrophoresis using a headspace and no-drop microextraction comprises the steps of: i) preparing a sample to extract a headspace to make a donor phase; ii) filling a terminal portion of the capillary tube with an acceptor phase; iii) locating the terminal portion of the capillary tube filled with the acceptor phase on the headspace and extracting analyzed matters from the sample; and iv) flowing a run buffer to the capillary tube so as to carry out the capillary electrophoresis. |
