A decoration device for decorating a size adjustment unit formed on at least one of both lower sides of the opening of a cap according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a decoration unit in which at least one cross-section is three-dimensionally decorated, a pillar unit which is connected to the decoration unit to support the decoration unit, and a detachment unit which is formed in a part of the pillar unit and is detachably coupled to the size adjustment unit. According to this configuration, provided is a decoration device for decorating a size adjustment unit, capable of freely and variously decorating the size adjustment unit formed on the lower edge of the head accommodation unit of a cap with low costs and the device can be applied to a cap.
