SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING DIRECT INJECTION FLOW OF STEAM OVEN

The present invention relates to a system and a method for controlling direct injection flow of a steam oven capable of calculating the direct injection supply time in a preheating operation and a cooking operation of a steam oven and controlling the flow injected to a heater from a steam generation device. The present invention is able to control humidity by calculating the direct injection supply time in the preheating operation and the cooking operation of the steam oven and controlling the flow injected to the heater from the steam generation device. Furthermore, even though very small flow is not controlled, foods can be successfully cooked by adjusting the humidity, and the temperature can be raised up to the set temperature in a short time because the injected water is not excessive. In addition, the preheating time of the steam oven can be reduced and consistently be maintained by temperature by controlling the direct water injection supply time in the preheating operation and the cooking operation of the steam oven.
