Zusammenfassung:	A flexible substrate for a display element of the present invention comprises: a matrix; a reinforcing member impregnated in the matrix; and a buffer layer formed on at least one side of the matrix, wherein during a mandrel bend test, a diameter of a bar having a crack is 7mm or less. The flexible substrate for the display element according to embodiments of the present invention improves a surface roughness, has outstanding moisture permeability, low thermal expansion coefficient, flexibility, and durability; and no cracks are generated.
