Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a pro-drug form of ursolic acid which can have pharmacokinetic properties including excellent stability and oral absorption rate, specifically to: a novel ursolic acid derivative in a pro-drug form of ursolic acid capable of changing into ursolic acid in human body for offering an excellent pharmaceutical activity; and a preparation method thereof. The ursolic acid derivative can have an ester form in which a pro-drug of a predetermined pharmaceutical compound is combined to carboxyl acid in C28 of ursolic acid.
