Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a lightweight ceramic ware with a strengthened surface which comprises the following steps: a step for molding material slurry, and firstly plasticizing the molded slurry; dipping the firstly plasticized result into a solution which contains more than one compound selected from Al(NO3)3, MgCl2, and ZrOCl2 for doping more than one compound selected from Al(NO3)3, MgCl2, and ZrOCl2 on the firstly plasticized result; heat processing the result in which more than one compound selected from Al(NO3)3, MgCl2, and ZrOCl2 is doped; and plasticizing the heat-processed result. The manufacturing method has a simple doping method by dipping the firstly plasticized result into the solution which contains more than one compound selected from Al(NO3)3, MgCl2, and ZrOCl2 for doping, and can reduce the default and improving intensity of the lightweight ceramic ware by doping the surface of the firstly plasticized ceramic ware with more than one compound selected from Al(NO3)3, MgCl2, and ZrOCl2. |
