Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a device for supporting a fluid storage container and a fluid carrier having the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the device for supporting a fluid storage container arranged in a hull and having an upper part, a middle part and a lower part comprises a middle supporting unit for fixing a middle part of the fluid storage container to the hull. A displacement difference of the middle part in a longitudinal direction of the hull is smaller than that of the lower part when there occurs hogging or sagging in the hull and the middle supporting unit fixes the middle part.
