Zusammenfassung:	An apparatus for processing a transmission and reception voice according to the present invention includes a profile noise removing unit which checks the profile of a portable terminal and removes noise due to the profile from an input voice which is inputted through an earphone of the portable terminal, a sound quality predicting unit which predicts the sound quality of a transmission and reception voice signal using a preset voice signal and the input voice, and a call guide unit which determines and provides a call mode used in a call by considering the sound quality confirmed through the sound quality predicting unit.
