The present invention relates to a wheel for cart comprising: a hollow support shaft (10) of which a shaft (not shown) is coupled to inside a hollow cylinder with bearings; a circular frame (20) to which a tire is coupled to the outer periphery thereof; and each of support bars (30) having an inside end (30a) connected to the hollow support shaft (10), and an outside end (30b) fixed to the circular frame (20), and more particularly, to a wheel for cart with an improved structure additionally comprising two rows of reinforcing grooves (40) palled to each other along the circumferential direction of the circular frame (20), wherein each of the reinforcing grooves (40) is recessed from the inner peripheral surface to form a groove (41), and has a reinforcing protruding piece (45) protruding from the outer peripheral surface.
