Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a motor mounting type continuously variable transmission comprising: a driving shaft for transmitting power from the outside; an electric motor for providing the power independently of the driving shaft; a speed changing unit for changing speeds by using the power transmitted from the driving shaft and the electric motor while rotating linked with the driving shaft and the electric motor, and externally outputting the changed speed based on the selected power; and a speed changing lever for adjusting the speed changing rate of the speed changing unit. The present invention is formed to transmit together the power directly supplied via the driving shaft and the power supplied from the electric motor, which is an assistant power device, thereby being easy and efficient to cope with speed change according to a running state, and is formed to change speeds while maintaining an RPM and a torque, thereby reducing consumption of power caused by the speed change and enhancing a use life span of the battery and a running distance.
