Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for preparing a transdermal preparation comprising rotigotine as an active ingredient, and more particularly, to a method for preparing a transdermal preparation, comprising a step of mixing rotigotine and an ethylene-vinyl acetate adhesive at a weight ratio of 1:0.1 to 20. Further, the present invention relates to a transdermal preparation prepared by the method and a transdermal therapeutic system. The preparation and system of the present invention prevent the precipitation of rotigotine to improve the long-term storage stability and effectively release the rotigotine, and thus can be effectively applied in the preparation of rotigotine-containing patches.
