The silencer according to the present invention includes an exhaust pipe which has a first punched part with a plurality of holes to allow communication between the inside and the outside, a first resonance pipe which has a first punched part to allow the first punched part to be placed on the end thereof, covers the exhaust pipe, and has a second punched part with a plurality of holes to allow communication between the inside and the outside, and a second resonance pipe which has a second punched part to allow the second punched part to be placed on the end thereof and covers the first resonance pipe.
