Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing carbon dioxide hydrate comprising: a step of injecting purified water for manufacturing carbon dioxide hydrate in a reactor; a step of manufacturing a suspension by putting 10-1000 ppm of nature organic matters and 0.1-5 wt% of soil mineral powders based on the content of the purified water into the purified water in the reactor; and a step of producing carbon dioxide hydrate by injecting carbon dioxides into the reactor containing the suspension. The method for manufacturing the carbon dioxide hydrate according to the present invention is able to rapidly produce the carbon dioxide hydrate with gas hydrate by mixing and using the nature organic compound and soil mineral.
