Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a brake apparatus for a baby carriage capable of maintaining a stop state without moving the baby carriage by limiting rear wheels of the baby carriage if a user steps on a pedal. The brake apparatus for a baby carriage according to the present invention comprises hubs (10) installed at the center parts of real wheels (2) of the baby carriage, respectively; cylindrical mount brackets (20) installed at the lower parts of both frames (1) of the baby carriage; an operating bar (30) connected to the inner sides of the mount brackets (20) to be rotated and rotated by the operation of a user; hinge shafts fixedly installed at both ends of the operating bar (30) to penetrate the outer surfaces of the mount brackets (20) for forming a rotary shaft of the rear wheels (2) by being connected to the hubs to be relatively rotated; rotary cam members (40) fixedly installed at one end of the operating bar (30) and rotating with the operating bar (30) on the inner sides of the mount brackets (20); sliding cam members (50) installed adjacent to the outside of the rotary cam members and axially sliding by linking with the rotary cam members (40); locking pins (70) extended axially on the outside of the sliding cam members (50) for limiting or releasing the rotation of the hubs (10); and elastic members (80) inserted into the locking pins for applying elastic forces to the inside of the sliding cam members (50) in an axial direction.
