Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing nitrous oxide hydrate comprising: a step of injecting purified water into a reactor for producing nitrous oxide hydrate; a step of manufacturing a suspension by putting 10-1000 ppm of natural organic matters and 0.1-5 wt% of soil mineral into the purified water within the reactor; and a step of creating nitrous oxide hydrate by injecting nitrous oxide into the reactor including the suspension. The present invention is able to store nitrous oxide hydrate in a submarine sedimentary layer by rapidly converting nitrous oxide into nitrous oxide hydrate.
