Zusammenfassung:	A solar cell according to the embodiment of the present invention has a substrate having a first conductivity type, an emitter layer located on a first side of the substrate having a second conductivity type, a first dielectric layer portion situated on the emitter layer, a second dielectric layer portion located at the rear of the first substrate, and a second electrode portion connected to the emitter layer and the first electrode portion. The emitter layer includes a first texturing surface having a plurality of first projection parts and a second texturing surface located on the surface of the first projection part and has a plurality of second projection parts that are smaller than the first projection parts. The second projection part is located on a peak of at least one of the many first projection parts.
