Zusammenfassung:	A composite hat reinforcing material, composite hat-reinforcement pressure web, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The composite hat reinforcing material includes a composite hat section including a first side and a second side. The composite hat reinforcing material additionally includes a plurality of composite reinforcing flies joined to the composite hat section. The composite reinforcing fly includes a body fly joined to the first side of the composite hat section; a wrap fly joined to the body fly; and a base fly joined to the body fly and the warp fly. The composite hat reinforcing material is joined to the composite hat section and additionally includes a pair of radial filler noodles. The composite hat reinforcing material additionally includes an outer fly joined to the second side of the composite hat section.
