THE SITDOWN FOOTREST FOR SOLES ACUPRESSURE AND LOWER BODY EXERCISE

The present invention relates to a sitting type footrest for sole acupressure and lower body exercise, specifically a sitting type footrest for sole acupressure and lower body exercise which comprises the following: an upper plate (10) including belts which is an unlimited track on both sides, acupressure protrusions (40) on the upper side of left and right frames, and a load control lever (50) on the upper side of a middle frame; the belts (30) including belt rollers (31) installed on three fixed shafts (32) which is installed on a ball bearing holder 2 (33b) by assembling ball bearings (33) on left and right shafts; a rubber damper (8) inserting a spring 2 (2) on a spring 2 holder (2a), and compressing the upper side of a shaft (32); a rubber damper holder (7) including a receiving unit for inserting the rubber damper (8) on the lower side in a gap with a spring 2 holder cover, and a load control protrusion (7a) located on the upper side in a gap with the spring 2 holder cover; a spur gear 2 (4) installed on the shaft (32) protruding from the ball bearing holder 2 (33b) on both sides of the shaft (32) on the outside toward the outer direction; and a gear damper (6) assembled to a spur gear 1 (3) installed on a gear damper holder (5) of a receiving unit around a bottom plate lower heel (23) to couple the spur gear 2 (4) to the spur gear 1 (3).
