STAKE KNIFE FOR WRIST

The present invention relates to a steak knife for fixing wrist. The steak knife comprises a blade body forming a curve to the front end of the knife by being connected to a cylindrical handle with a curve structure; a handle formed at an angle of 110-130 degrees and is in a curved cylindrical shape; and a unit for connecting the end of the handle and the blade body which is 1 cm away from a part in which the angle of 110-130 degrees is generated. A curve unit (8) structure is designed at the angle of 110-120 degrees in the handle (2). Therefore, the present invention can relieve a fatigue sensor of the wrists by suppressing bending of the wrists when a user cut food materials even if the user uses the knife for long time and relieve the fatigue sensor of fingers by allowing the user to use a thumb which is the most powerful finger and removing the usage of a forefinger.
