Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a traction jig which tracts fracture zone of a patient with fracture and, more specifically, to the automatic traction jig for patients with fracture which automatically tracts fracture zone using a wire, a tension sensor, a motor, and a controller and tracts with constant tension in order to prevent damages of tissues in the fracture zone. The automatic traction jig for patients with fracture according to the present invention comprises: a wire pulling tool which includes the wire, a winding reel in which the wire is reeled, and the motor which rotates the winding reel; the tension sensor which detects tension added to the wire; and the controller which is input with intensity of tension detected by the tension sensor and controls operation of the motor in order to maintain a predetermined tension.
