Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to: a plasmid for microorganism expression of lactoferrin including a fusion protein gene, a lactoferrin coding gene, and a promoter connected to the upper sides of the fusion protein gene and the lactoferrin coding gene to be operated; a strain including the same; and a method for producing lactoferrin from microorganisms using the same. The plasmid and the method for producing lactoferrin using the same are capable of effectively produce active lactoferrin, especially lactoferrin peptide from microorganisms without killing host cells.
