Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a separator, an apparatus for manufacturing a separator, and a separator. The method comprises: a base layer preparation process (S10) for preparing a base layer; a nanofiber layer formation process (S30) for forming a nanofiber layer comprising nanofibers on one side of the base layer; an inorganic particle deposition process (S50) for deposit inorganic particles on the nanofiber layer to coat the inorganic particles on at least part of the surface of the nanofibers on the nanofiber layer; and an inorganic compound particle formation process (S60) for combining the inorganic particles to form inorganic compound particles, causing the nanofiber layer to be coated with the inorganic compound particles. The method can manufacture a separator having high electrolyte absorption, low ion resistance, and high dendrite tolerance like a conventional method for manufacturing a separator and also having a thinner total thickness. Further, the method can manufacture a separator having higher thermal stability than an existing separator.
