The present invention relates to a method for measuring output characteristics parameter of a solar cell module, which can measure the output characteristics parameter required in performance evaluation of the solar cell module rapidly and accurately by using an electronic load device, by performing the processes of: measuring an open-circuit voltage and a short-circuit current of the solar cell module; and measuring a maximum voltage, a maximum current and a maximum power of the solar cell module as controlling an input voltage of the electronic load device in charge of load role of the solar cell module according to the open-circuit voltage.
