Zusammenfassung: | A method for synthesizing LaFCO3 powders using lanthanum salt and fluorinated salt, and a method for synthesizing LaOF powders using the same. The method for synthesizing LaFCO3 powders according to the present invention comprises: (a) a step of producing a mixed solution containing lanthanum salt, fluorinated salt and urea; (b) a step of producing LaFCO3 as intermediate products by making the mixed solution react; and (c) a step of obtaining LaFCO3 powders from a remained solution by centrifuging or filtering a solution containing the intermediate products. The method for synthesizing LaOF powders produces the LaOF powders by the calcination of LaFCO3 manufactured by the method for synthesizing LaFCO3 powders.
