Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an axle drive reduction gear for commercial vehicle which delivers the output of an engine from first and second axle shafts to first and second sun gears, delivers from the first and second sun gears to first and second planet gears, and rotates a hub while rotating a carrier through a fixed ring gear. The axle drive reduction gear comprises: first and second axle shafts which are central shafts; first and second support ring gears which are combined with the axle shafts; first and second planet gears which are combined with the flank of the first and second support ring gears and are interlocked with the first and second sun gears combined with the shafts of the first and second axle shafts; first and second ring gears which are combined with an internal space which is comprised in a cylinder shape by combining the first and second roller bearings combined with the first with second planet gears and the first and second pins penetrating the first and second planet gears; and first and second plate carriers which are combined with the first and second ring gears and are fixated to the outside by first and second hub bolts. Like the forementioned, the present invention increases a shaft support effect about the first and second planet gears and improves noise and vibration by rotating four first and second planet gears through the first and second planet gears fixated to the first and second plate carriers together and including first and second snap rings. |
