Zusammenfassung: | The present invention includes a condition input server uploading an IFC file converted from a BIM modeled by a user and inputting element information of corresponding areas and buildings, an information storage server storing the element information and the IFC file by converting them into a file having a filename extension 'bat', a filtering server extracting elements required for energy performance analysis and sunshine analysis from attribute information of the IFC file stored in the information storage server, a converting server generating the element information stored in the information storage server as an IDF file, an analyzing server analyzing elements required for analyzing the IDF file and the elements required for the energy performance analysis and sunshine analysis, and an output server outputting sunshine and energy analysis result values of the buildings.
