Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is an oil leak prevention device for a joystick valve. The present invention has a lateral load prevention unit on the top of a push rod to exclusively apply vertical loads to the push rod by dispersing and reducing lateral loads applied from a disk in the operation of a lever. According to this, the present invention improves the performance reliability of products by preventing lateral loads applied to the push rod when drivers operate a joystick lever, abnormal abrasion between the push rod and a plug, and an oil leak from a spool.
