THE AIR CURTAIN DIVICE GAS RANGE

A gas range is provided. A shelf unit in the lower part of the gas range of a commercial kitchen is formed as a duct. The lower part of the gas range, which is successively installed, is formed as an air supply duct. One side of the gas range is connected to the air supply duct provided from an air-conditioning room. The upper, lower, right, left, front, and back sides of the gas range, except for the part connected to the air supply duct, are blocked and the open surfaces are bored for an air curtain air to be supplied. An outer plate is attached to the front of the lower part of the gas range to be an axial-flow outlet and an air chamber for the outlet.
