description The present invention relates to an ice bar which can be eaten in a new way compared to a regular ice bar. The present invention provides a production method of the ice bar which can be eaten like fruits which comprises the following steps: producing the shell ice cream with an empty inside in a molding frame for producing the ice bar using an outer mixture containing gelatin; producing the core ice cream inside the shell ice cream using an inner mixture; separating the shell ice cream with the core ice cream from the molding frame; and forming plural cut-out lines which are arranged at regular intervals to the vertical direction on the outer surface of the shell ice cream. The present invention comprises a step of producing the shell ice cream with an empty inside in a molding frame having a molding blade on the inner wall for forming cut-out lines using an outer mixture containing gelatin, a step of producing the core ice cream inside the shell ice cream using an inner mixture, and a step of separating the shell ice cream with the core ice cream from the molding frame. The cut-out lines are formed on the outer surface of the shell ice cream during the separation process of the ice cream from the molding frame.
