Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a mobile terminal including a flexible display unit and a mobile terminal control method. Characterized is the mobile terminal in the embodiment of the present invention for comprising a flexible display unit which is curved against physical power applied from the outside; a sensing unit for sensing the curve of the flexible display unit in response to the occurrence of an event in an application; and a control unit for controlling the flexible display unit to output event information corresponding to the event according to a sensing result.
