Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to functional fermented medical herb liquid and a production method of the same which uses bellflower roots, Codonopsis lanceolata, Maximowiczia chinensis fruit, Liriope rhizome roots, morus bark, and ginkgo nuts which are used as herb medicines for the long time for producing the fermented medical herb liquid to prevent the possibilities of the toxicity and side effects. The production method of the functional fermented medical herb liquid comprises the following steps: preparing the bellflower roots, Codonopsis lanceolata, Maximowiczia chinensis fruit, Liriope rhizome roots, morus bark, and ginkgo nuts as raw materials; washing and drying each material; and mixing the raw material with brown sugar in a weigh ratio of 1:1, and fermenting the mixture. The raw material contains 25-35 wt% of bellflower roots, 12-20 wt% of Codonopsis lanceolata, 12-20 wt% of Maximowiczia chinensis fruit, 12-20 wt% of Liriope rhizome roots, 5-12 wt% of morus bark, and 5-12 wt% of ginkgo nuts. By the present invention relates to the functional fermented medical herb liquid and the production method of the same, problems of toxicity and side effects are prevented and users can safely intake the functional fermented medical herb liquid for a long time.
