SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DETERMINING TRANSMISSION POWER ESTIMATION IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

The present invention is to estimate transmission power in a wireless communication system. An operating method of the communication system comprises the following steps: a step of calculating a total received power estimation based on a designated received signal containing a designated pilot symbol; a step of calculating an instantaneous channel estimation based on the designated pilot symbol; a step of calculating a channel gain power estimation based on the instantaneous channel estimation; a step of calculating a total interference power estimation based on the difference between the instantaneous channel estimation and a delayed channel estimation; a step of calculating designated received power based on the difference between the total received power estimation and the total interference power estimation; and a step of determining a relative transmission power estimation based on the difference between channel gain power, which is for establishing communications with a device, and the designated received power.
