The nano-fluorescent body including a first fluoride compound in which Ce3+ and Tb3+ in formula 1 are co-doped is provided. (Formula 1 is NaGd1-p-q-rMrF4:Ce3+p,Tb3+q. The luminescent intensity of the nono-fluorescent body is excellent, and since it has magnetic properties as well as upconversion or downconversion properties capable of radiating visible light, it can be utilized as a contrast medium and an anti-forgery code.
