Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a recombinant vector comprising CPR gene which increases catalytic activity of P450 enzyme, bacteria transformed by the recombinant vector and a recombinant vector comprising P450 gene, and a method for producing a P450 catalysis compound using the same. The recombinant vector according to the present invention comprises a recombinant vector which increases the catalytic activity of P450 enzyme and has a rice-derived NADPH-cytochrome P450 reductase 2 gene consisting of base sequences of sequence number 12. The bacteria according to the present invention comprises: the recombinant vector having the rice-derived NADPH-cytochrome P450 reductase 2 gene consisting of base sequences of sequence number 12; and a recombinant vector comprising tryptamine 5-hydroxylase gene or a recombinant vector comprising cinnamate 4-hydroxylase gene. Serotonin or coumaric acid is stably produced in large amounts using the transformed bacteria. |
