STEEL SHEET AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE HOT-ROLLED STEEL SHEET

Disclosed is a steel sheet which has excellent wear resistance by raising the hardness of the steel sheet and that is manufactured by spheroidizing heat-treatment, and a steel sheet manufacturing method. The steel sheet manufacturing method according to the present invention comprises: (a) a step for reheating a slab sheet material at 1150-1250; (b) a step for finishing-hot-rolling the reheated sheet material at 840-880; (c) a step for winding the hot-rolled sheet material at 600-660 after cooling the hot-rolled sheet material; and (d) a step for spheroidizing-heat-treating the wound sheet material at 680-720; wherein the slab sheet material is composed of, in wt%: C: 0.8-1.2; Si: 0.15-0.30; Mn: 0.6-1.0; C: 0.2-2.0; P: 0.03 or less; S: 0.005 or less; and the remainder Fe and other inevitable impurities.
