Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A device capable of controlling vibration intensity and direction is provided to allow a user to control vibration intensity, vibration direction, and vibration cycle thereof to evenly apply foundation on a face. CONSTITUTION: A device capable of controlling vibration intensity and direction includes a main body, a puff, vibration units (120, 121), a vibration booster, a switch (150), and a power supply unit (140). The main body has a predetermined size so that a user can grip. The puff is delivered with vibration and delivers cosmetics to the skin. The vibration units generate vibration by rotating a vibrator and delivers vibration to the vibration booster. The vibration booster delivers vibration generated from the vibration units to the puff.
