CONSTITUTION: A fibrous material (11) is prepared. A cathode layer (12) is formed on the fibrous material. An electron transport layer (13) made of nanorods is formed on the cathode layer. A photoactive layer (14) is formed on the electron transport layer. A hole transport layer (15) is formed on the photoactive layer. An anode layer (16) is formed on the hole transport layer.
