PURPOSE: A corner part controlling device for a scaffolding system is provided to operate a footstool to be suitable for a working process by subdividing the operation unit of the footstool and to optimize a distance between the footstool and a working point. CONSTITUTION: A corner part controlling device for a scaffolding system comprises a support structure part and a footstool part. The support structure part includes a column joint (303), a main girder (304), a sub-girder (305), a flat support leg (306), and a corner support leg (307). The footstool part includes a fixed footstool (310) and a variable footstool. The fixed footstool is fixed to the internal area of a rectangular frame which is made of the main girder and the sub-girder. The variable footstool engages in the expansion and contraction of a scaffolding system. The variable footstool is variably installed in the external area of the rectangular frame.
